The exclusive golf community began construction and development in 1995 with properties in the area consisting only of resale homes. You will find 54 luxury homes with old-class Mediterranean elegance and wonderful views of the TPC Canyon Golf Course fairways or spectacular mountain views. There are four home models in the neighborhood which are, the Adventure, Bellacere, Palisades, and the Cierra Condos. Development in the region ranges between the 1980s to 2000s. Nestled inside the Canyons Village of Summerlin, you’ll find the Palisades, a guard-gated community built by Christopher Homes with one and two-story houses. These residences come in 4,000 sqft to well over 6,000 sqft. Lastly, Cierra Condos usually has one to three-bedroom units and offers a clubhouse as well as a pool and spa for its residents. These condos range from 1,159 sqft to 1,138 sqft. It offers sweeping mountain views and elegant amenities.
